Expertise in a wide range of welding processes

Welding at HGGS

We use various welding technologies and achieve the highest standards of efficiency and quality. From the automotive industry to agricultural machinery construction, we rely on both the efficiency of automated robots and the expert skills of our welders. Find out more about our methods and the variety of materials we work with.

We weld using the following processes

Laser welding (3D)

Laser welding in 3D is a state-of-the-art welding technology that offers a number of advantages. The concentrated energy input of the laser results in minimal distortion, which is particularly advantageous for sensitive or thin-walled components. Laser welding offers extremely high weld seam strength combined with low seam volume, which ensures improved aesthetics and mechanical properties.

The automation of the process ensures a consistently high quality of weld seams, which enables consistent production and lower reject rates. Laser welding also offers great flexibility and a wide range of applications, even in places that are very difficult to access and where conventional welding processes reach their limits. This makes laser welding ideal for demanding applications in the automotive industry, aerospace, medical technology and many other sectors where maximum precision and quality are required.

The advantages at a glance

  • Minimal distortion due to concentrated energy input
  • Extremely high strength combined with low seam volume
  • Consistently high quality thanks to automation
  • A wide range of applications, even in very hard-to-reach places

Examples of manufactured products

Spot welding

Spot welding enables the low-distortion joining of steel or stainless steel. Its reproducible parameters ensure a high level of process reliability. Our spot welding robots and manual systems guarantee precise and reliable welded joints for a wide range of applications.

  • Low-distortion joining of steel or stainless steel
  • High process reliability thanks to reproducible parameters
  • Spot welding robots and manual spot welding systems

Our quality assurance includes manual and semi-automatic testing of the presence of the welding elements after the welding process. In this way, we ensure that all the necessary components are properly installed. These automatic tests ensure the consistent quality and reliability of our welded joints.

Gas-shielded arc welding

Our welding work is carried out by experienced and certified welders who have extensive specialist knowledge and practical experience in TIG, MIG and MAG welding.

  • Welded materials: steel, stainless steel and aluminum
  • TIG, MIG and MAG welding by certified welders
  • Various proofs of suitability

Robot welding

Our 10-axis system enables precise welding using TIG, MIG or MAG processes. Whether steel, stainless steel or aluminum – we offer maximum flexibility and quality. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology and experienced welders, we achieve perfect results for a wide range of requirements.
